I absolutely love this clinic and their staff, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Blitz is a very anxious, sometimes reactive dog, and since she’s also a big dog, I’ve received judgement in the past at other facilities or just dealt with people that didn’t even try getting to “know” her and just came in to do the bare minimum and left as soon as possible. Dr. Dorset is unbelievable, and she has helped me, Blitz, and my husband in so many ways with the care she has given her and her recommendations. She is compassionate yet firm and a “straight shooter” — I can always trust what she has to say. She is very knowledgeable, and I have noticed that my dog has improved a little bit each time she’s come to a visit as she’s gotten to know Dr. Dorset…they will probably never be besties and Blitz will always hate going to the vet, but she’s making it into a positive experience for her each time. Everyone else I have met at the clinic (techs, front desk) are also wonderful and responsive. Thank you all for what you do and the care you give my Blitz.

My dog recently had a gastrointestional issue and Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic did an amazing job of treating him, going the extra mile to determine the cause. The staff and vet, Dr Amy Sanders were wonderful with their outstanding care of him! I highly recommend this clinic for your pet!

I’ve been going to Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic since 2011 and their entire staff is amazing. From the front of house, to the techs and the Vets. I’ve been there for everything from check ups, to new puppies, neuters, to end of life with my 14yr old cat Marley, which they treated with absolute reverence and care. They treat you and your babies like family every time they see you. What drew me in was their specialty in cats - what has kept me there is their devotion to animals and the excellent care they provide. There is nothing bad that I have to say about this clinic and all the staff I’ve encountered over the years. There is no one I trust more with the well being of my animals.

Of all the animal clinics I have been to Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic has been the most professional, caring, and clean. The vet techs and veterinarians have all been incredibly helpful, taking the time necessary to properly assess any concerns. I appreciate that they call a few days after the appointment to ensure any treatments prescribed have been helping.

Just started going here the front office staff are great and friendly,they also have a friendly office cat that is adorable.also Trephina Benn MVB and her staff are very friendly and nice and very informative, took care of my lil girl harley with ease. Thank you guys for such a warm welcome when we came for are first visit.

We stayed a few months in Colorado Springs and needed a vet for our pup. While it did take a few weeks to get an appointment, Austin Bluffs Animal Clinic took great care of our dog. After our appointment, we had multiple phone call/email exchanges with more information and answers to our questions. The front desk was extremely helpful every time we called as well. Highly recommend!

I recently had a wonderful experience at a vet clinic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dr Dorsett is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns about my pet's health. They provided thorough explanations and offered helpful advice. The clinic was well-maintained which also ensured that my pet received the best possible care. Overall, it was a positive experience that left me feeling confident in the well-being of my furry friend.
